HELLO FRIEND! 👋 We're Yodabee, a fast-growing company in office services. We help companies increase employee well-being and show care for their staff. Yodabee started in 2014 with the vision of making period products as standard as toilet paper in the workplace. Since then, we've grown alongside our customers and expanded our product range based on their needs. Every month we deliver lots of great hygiene products directly to office bathrooms – of course period products but also hand cream, hair spray, dental floss, dry shampoo, spray deodorant, and more. Everything that might be needed on short notice during a workday and that makes people feel included and cared for. Since 2020, we also put together customized gift packages that we send home to our customers' employees around the world. And now we're growing again! 🚀 Beyond our well-being boxes, we're also launching a staffing service where our customers can hire service-oriented personnel from us – for both short-term and longer assignments. This could mean covering for a sick receptionist, helping out at an event, or providing extra hands on-site when needed. Our headquarters is located at St Eriksplan in Stockholm. We also have offices in Malmö and Gothenburg. Now we're looking for one more star to join us on this journey in our Stockholm team. Could it be you? 💜 Who are we looking for? We're looking for you who want to work part-time and can jump in on short notice, daytime on weekdays. One day you're filling well-being boxes, the next day you're welcoming visitors at reception or helping out at an event. Job Responsibilities As a well-being professional with us, you will: Visit our customers in the Stockholm area to clean and refill their Yodabee boxes Receive deliveries, organize inventory, and pack refills at our office at St Eriksplan Transport refills to customers (usually by public transport, sometimes by car/taxi) Pack orders and gift shipments Beyond this, you may also work within our staffing service, for example by: Stepping in at reception/front desk (both short and longer assignments) Helping out at events (serving, hosting, decorating, practical assistance) Office moves (unpacking, setting up, organizing) Other temporary needs at customer locations You'll simply be a trusted and professional representative for Yodabee with our customers 💜 What can we offer you?
