Your Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our consultant managers in various parts of the recruitment process.
Some of the tasks this role will include are:
– Create and publish job postings
– Manage candidate screening and review CVs
– Schedule and conduct initial phone interviews
– Administer applications and assist with administrative tasks
– Book interviews
– Search for candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter
– Conduct reference checks
Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in the recruitment process and, as you grow into the role, learn additional aspects of recruiting. You'll become part of a dedicated and collaborative team that always aims to deliver the best possible results.
This is a part-time hourly position where you'll support our staffing operations based on business needs, approximately 1–2 days per week. The number of shifts can vary from week to week depending on current needs. We work alongside colleagues from QRIOS and Uniflex, which are part of our PION Group.
Who Are You?
To be considered for this position, you must be a student with at least two years remaining in your studies; we particularly welcome those just beginning their studies.
It's also a plus if you have previous experience in service roles such as retail, restaurants, or sales.
As a person, you're competitive, thorough, and flexible. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing change, as no two days are alike for us. What you planned to do for the day often becomes something completely different! You're also both unpretentious and professional.
