It's a varied and social role where you play an important part for both visitors and internal staff. As a receptionist, you'll have an important and visible role—you're the one who welcomes visitors and ensures they feel well taken care of. You'll answer the phone, handle mail, assist with some purchasing, and support with various administrative tasks as needed. In short—you make sure everything runs smoothly in the day-to-day operations for both visitors and colleagues. Start is scheduled for fall with an initial training period at the client's location. The work is part-time as needed—perfect if you're studying or have another primary occupation. Work hours are scheduled during weekdays. Qualifications We're looking for someone who enjoys delivering great service and has an eye for detail. You're someone who takes initiative, likes solving problems, and enjoys staying on top of things. You need to be flexible and able to step in when needed—this is a perfect part-time job for someone studying or with another primary occupation. You must be able to express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additionally, it's important that you have good computer skills and feel comfortable quickly learning new systems. If you have experience with similar tasks, that's a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and enjoy helping out.
