We are seeking a laboratory assistant for Oatly in Landskrona for part-time weekend work starting after summer. Training and onboarding will take place during the summer.
Job Responsibilities
Oatly operates in the food industry, and as a laboratory assistant you will primarily work with microbiological analyses. This involves performing streaking on plates. The role also includes equipment maintenance and care. You will also participate in various projects in our client's production.
This is a part-time position with a schedule of Saturdays and Sundays approximately every third weekend, plus summer hours. Additional shifts may become available.
Qualifications, Experience, and Personal Qualities
You can be at different stages of your studies, but we prefer that you have several terms remaining. You should also be interested in part-time weekend and holiday work.
You are ideally studying in the fields of food science, microbiology, laboratory technology, or equivalent. We welcome experience with and interest in laboratory analysis work. You have good computer skills, are proficient with the Office suite, and are able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
As a person, you are organized, thorough, and quality-conscious. You are communicative and responsible, and can work independently while managing your time and work effectively.
