Current Situation
The car industry is changing and we, working together with Kia, are growing rapidly. As part of our forward strategy, we are now seeking a driven, customer-focused, and ambitious hall attendant for Svenska Motor in Skövde. Our vision is to be the city's favorite and be the leading dealer in our location.
About the Position
This role is perfect if you are studying, want to gain valuable experience, and see a possible entry point into a future career in sales. Your work will mainly consist of meeting customers at our car facility and ensuring that the car hall is kept neat and tidy. It is important that you always have the customer as your primary focus. The role also includes assisting car salespeople with test drives, product presentations, and customer service. Additionally, you will help with photography, washing and delivery of vehicles, as well as various administrative and practical tasks related to car sales. The employment is mainly for the summer months of July to August, and thereafter the possibility of extra work on Saturdays. Your working hours will mainly be weekdays 9 AM – 6 PM and 10 AM – 2 PM on Saturdays (however, closed on Saturdays during the summer).
Your Skills
To fit into this role, you need to be someone who always prioritizes the customer and their needs. We believe you thrive in a role that places high demands on taking responsibility for your tasks and are good at seeing where you are needed and are not afraid to take initiative. It is important to us that you are driven and enjoy creating connections with new people. We would like to see that you have an interest in cars and previous experience from customer-focused work, as well as good knowledge of customer service. As a person, you are a quick learner, sociable, and work well with colleagues. Other qualities we appreciate are that you value a good atmosphere in the workplace and understand your own role in the team, as well as being able to handle occasionally high work pace. A Swedish Class B driver's license is a requirement, for both automatic and manual transmission.
