Part-time retail sales associate position at Specsavers in Boden!

Specsavers in Boden is now seeking a retail sales associate for part-time work every other Saturday and as needed. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the team long-term and who would be interested in working more during summer 2027. The position includes a 6-month probationary period. Start date is immediate or by agreement.
Store hours are Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 and Saturdays 10:00–14:00. We follow the Retail Collective Agreement.
Your Responsibilities
You don't need prior experience in optics – we provide comprehensive training through hands-on practice in the store combined with digital courses. After your introduction, you'll become an important part of the customer experience in the store, welcoming customers, explaining the importance of eye exams, and sharing information about Specsavers' concept and offers. You help customers find the right frames, lenses, or contact lenses based on the optician's recommendations and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied and wants to return, while also being an ambassador for Specsavers' goal of making better eye health accessible to everyone.
About You:
Engaged, customer-focused, and ready to take responsibility
Experience from the service industry, preferably retail
Social and skilled at building customer relationships
Flexible and comfortable working at a fast pace
Quick learner who wants to develop in your role
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
