We're currently very busy and are looking for more team members to join our great customer reception team in Kungälv! We're looking for someone who wants a flexible part-time job with varying work days and lots of customer contact. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop in a role where service, responsibility, and teamwork are at the center. About the role As a temporary employee in our customer reception, you'll meet both buying and selling customers, perform simple inspections of incoming vehicles, and handle administrative tasks. The work takes place both indoors and outdoors – perfect if you enjoy an active and varied workday. You'll be gradually introduced to the tasks with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you become comfortable in the role. You will, among other things: - Receive customers and help them buy or sell their car. - Provide good service and answer questions at the customer reception. - Perform simple inspections of incoming vehicles. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that daily operations run smoothly. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone with a valid driver's license for manual transmission and good knowledge of both Swedish and English. You're service-oriented, sociable, and enjoy meeting customers. As a person, you're proactive, solution-oriented, and responsible. You like taking your own initiative but also enjoy working with others. In your work, you're thorough and organized, and you contribute a positive attitude to the team. If you have experience in customer service, an interest in cars, or additional language skills, we see that as a plus. This position is ideal for you if you're looking for a part-time job alongside studies or other employment and want to build experience in a customer-facing role over time. Other information This is a temporary position where you work hours as needed according to agreement, primarily weekdays during daytime and Saturdays during periods when many people buy and sell used cars.
