Extra Cook

We are now looking for a cook who wants to work extra shifts at our restaurant on Södermalm. Working hours are primarily scheduled for weekends. You should be a trained cook or alternatively have experience working in a kitchen, or be in an ongoing cook training program. We specialize in street food focused on poultry that maintains a refined quality and elegance above the ordinary. Work tasks will include standard service with hot kitchen, cold kitchen, as well as prep before service and cleaning after. We would prefer if you have some experience from both hot and cold kitchens. Responsibility, stress resilience, and a willingness to learn and develop are important qualities, as well as not being afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
