Lina, one of our employees, tells us: What the job is actually about: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep an eye on the game, and make sure everyone is having a great time. You set the vibe. One night you might have a table full of women on a bachelorette party, the next night a company on their holiday celebration, and then a fun group out for after-work drinks. You're the face of the operation – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games.
