Who We're Looking For This is a perfect assignment if you want to combine work with studies or another full-time job, while gaining experience in logistics. About the Position In this role, you will work flexibly with varying tasks in warehouse and logistics. Your main responsibilities will consist of picking and packing goods in an efficient, careful, and modern manner, often with the help of digital systems and tools. You are responsible for ensuring that the correct products are handled and delivered on time with high quality. The work is carried out in a close-knit team where collaboration, communication, and responsibility are central parts of daily work. The pace is sometimes high, which requires you to be organized, stress-resilient, and able to prioritize your tasks efficiently. At the same time, a positive attitude and good team spirit are highly valued, as the work environment is characterized by commitment and camaraderie. Forklift driving is a natural part of the work and occurs daily. You will handle goods safely and responsibly in accordance with applicable procedures and safety regulations. In addition, other warehouse tasks may occur, such as receiving goods, inventory, restocking, and general order and structure at the workplace. Working Hours The work involves varying working hours as operations run both day and night shifts. We have a flexible staffing arrangement where you as an employee have the opportunity to work both on pre-booked shifts and with shorter notice. Part of the staffing is done day-to-day, which means you need to be available and able to accept work shifts with relatively short notice. There is a requirement that you are available a certain number of days per week to be eligible for assignments. For the right person, there are also good opportunities for longer assignments, for example during the summer period or when additional staffing is needed.
