We are now looking for more team members (Polare) for our various stores in Linköping and Norrköping! As a Polare, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for one of our customer's retail store chains. You work primarily within a store chain and move between the chain's different locations as needed. You book yourself quickly and easily via our app for work shifts that suit you and your schedule. We work with stores such as MQ, Hemtex, and Lindex.
NOTE! During the stores' vacation periods, we cannot employ and train new staff, so it may take time before we hear from you and employment may not become available until the end of/after the summer.
As a sales associate, you participate in all of the store's regular tasks such as sales at the register and on the floor, customer service, warehouse, and picking. As a sales associate, you always provide a great customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage with customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.
Important Information:
To be eligible for this position, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50% according to the collective agreement. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or alternatively be a self-employed person with active F-tax status. Unfortunately, we will not be able to move you forward in this recruitment process if you do not meet one of these requirements. Please clearly describe your occupation in your application.
Experience/Qualifications:
- You have completed upper secondary education
- You have previously worked as a retail sales associate with direct sales experience in retail
- You can work at least 2 shifts on weekday daytime per week; in addition, there is also the opportunity to work weekends and evenings
- You can work irregular hours and can step in with short notice
- You have good language skills in Swedish and English
