WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with an ongoing university degree; we prefer that you have at least two semesters remaining until graduation. Since you will have many contact points, both externally and internally, strong communication skills are important. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is therefore essential. It is an advantage if you have worked with search before, but it is not a requirement. Apart from educational and language requirements, your personality is the most important aspect of this role. This is a part-time position based at our main office in Luleå. Working hours are flexible and can be arranged on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00. You will work as needed; we prefer that you can work at least 25%, with opportunities for more.
