About the Role As a Facilities Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring a complete experience in the customer's premises. Together you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You will primarily work with cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks that may arise such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. The position is full-time or part-time, fixed-term employment. We need someone who can be available to work extra with us, sometimes on short notice. We're seeking someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and takes initiative. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can suggest improvements to the customer. It's important that you listen to the customer's needs. You have an easy time building good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate as work can be both individual and in groups. We'd like to see experience from service professions or relevant industry experience. It's important that you have a good command of Swedish. Upper secondary education is required.
