About the Position We are currently looking for a full-time forklift operator for our client Essity in Falkenberg. You will work as a forklift operator and spend most of your workday driving a forklift, picking orders, and supplying production with materials. Work may be scheduled on a 2-shift, 3-shift, or day shift basis, meaning working hours may vary depending on operational needs. You should therefore be flexible regarding your work schedule. In your role as a forklift operator, your main responsibilities will include: - Operating a reach truck - Picking and supplying production with materials - Handling and transporting materials within the facility About You We are looking for someone with previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse and/or industrial environment. You are a skilled and self-motivated forklift operator who enjoys working independently while also appreciating being part of a team. As a person, you have strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and are flexible in your work. You take responsibility for your tasks and contribute to a good atmosphere among your colleagues. We prefer someone who is solution-oriented and enjoys an environment where tasks can vary. Key requirements for the position: - Forklift certification B3 (reach truck) - Previous experience with reach trucks - Valid driver's license and access to a car - Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written - Flexibility and comfort with shift work - Responsible and positive team player We place great emphasis on personal suitability. About the Employment The forklift operator position is a full-time employment in our staffing services with immediate placement. You will be employed by Adecco but will work at our client Essity in Falkenberg. The position is full-time with working hours scheduled for day shift, 2-shift, or 3-shift depending on operational needs.
