The Office of Leadership serves as support for the leadership's work and is responsible for cross-agency coordination and governance. The Leadership Support Section is responsible for administration, expert support, background materials, preparation, and coordination of matters related to the leadership. The section is also responsible for contacts with the Government Offices, quality assurance of decision-making processes, cross-agency environmental analysis, organizational development, and other strategic assignments. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other parts of the headquarters. Job Description As an expert, you will contribute to creating conditions for the leadership's work by coordinating and monitoring processes that support governance, management, and decision-making. In this role, you are responsible for planning, preparation, message formulation, quality assurance, and preparation of background materials for the leadership's and office's various assignments and decisions. You will also participate in travels and meetings, primarily within Sweden. You are also responsible for coordinating contacts with the Government Offices at civil service level. The assignment is broad and includes, when necessary, investigation and analysis of operational matters, participation in cross-agency assignments, and preparation of texts and responses to consultations. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the continued development of support for the leadership and the agency's governance during a time when the Swedish Prison and Probation Service is undergoing extensive expansion.
