About the Unit
The Swedish Armed Forces' Telecommunications and Information Systems Unit, FMTIS, has the primary task of managing operations and maintenance of command support systems at all readiness levels, both nationally and internationally. The unit you will join is led from Örebro but the work is located in Stockholm.
Main Responsibilities
Staff the unit's STEX (Staff Expedition)
Handle registration and filing
Distribution of open and classified documents
Develop routines and processes related to case and task management, IMPEX
Support the Chief of the Staff Expedition
Signal protection service
Communications service
Orderly service

REQUIREMENTS Qualifications
Swedish citizen
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
Approved secondary school diploma
Experience working in an administrative function/position
Good and current knowledge of the Office package
Class B driver's license
No or mild pet allergies manageable with medication
MERITORIOUS
Approved military basic training
Experience with staff work within the Swedish Armed Forces or another agency
Experience with work supervision and case follow-up
Experience working with systems VIDAR, SWECCIS, and ISUS
Experience working with systems BICES and NS WAN
Previously held position as registrar or communications handler
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who is responsible, structured, and thorough. You possess the ability to see the big picture while also keeping track of the details. You must be results-oriented, service-minded, and able to adapt to changed circumstances. The work includes, among other things, handling classified information, which requires unpretentiousness and high personal integrity. You also need good communication skills in speech and writing and be able to work well in teams as well as independently. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability regarding both competence and previous experience, but also how we assess that your personality will function in the intended work group.
Other Information
Employment Type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those not already employed by the agency.
Employment Level: Full-time.
The position is civilian.
Work Location: Stockholm. Official travel occurs, as well as work at irregular times.
Start date and salary by agreement.
