The Student Services Division is tasked with providing support and services to students before, during, and after their studies, as well as handling student matters. The Student Services Division also provides operational support to the university's departments, faculties, areas, and leadership. With a focus on educational quality, the Student Services Division's activities should be characterized by professionalism, efficiency, legal certainty, and accessibility. The Student Services Division consists of approximately 150 employees, with their main workplace in the Student House in the Frescati area in Stockholm. Within the Education Documentation Section, there is System Administration Ladok, Degree Programs, and the Practical Training Secretariat. We are now seeking a driven, communicative, and well-organized degree auditor with group leadership responsibility for the degree audit team. The work group is responsible for Issuing Degree Certificates. Central coordination of course credits processed via Ladok. Recognition of studies abroad at undergraduate level. Scholarships (primarily for doctoral students). Verification requests. Dissertation booking. Job Duties You will work both as a group leader and as a degree auditor in day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities involve handling applications for degrees at undergraduate, advanced, and doctoral levels. Degree auditing spans from providing service and information to relevant parties, through regulatory interpretation and decision-making, to the final production of degree certificates. The work involves continuous contact with departments and students. Other tasks that may arise, or where you may need to provide support, include recognition of foreign education and scholarship administration. You are also expected to participate in other tasks that may occur within the Student Services Division. As a group leader, you will lead and participate in the daily operational activities of the degree audit team, and represent the unit in various internal and external contexts. You lead and distribute work within the group, prepare materials for operational planning, and drive matters related to operational development in close collaboration with the section head. The group leadership role also includes certain HR administrative tasks and handling, as well as raising workplace environment issues when necessary. Qualifications Requirements University or college degree or equivalent. Experience with leadership/coordination. Extensive experience handling degree audits and course credit recognition in Ladok. Good knowledge of educational administrative processes and operations within a university or college. Good knowledge of higher education sector regulations and current experience working in public administration. Strong ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing. Meritorious Experience working as a group leader or equivalent. Experience driving and leading projects. Experience with and interest in joint international degree programs. Experience with and interest in digitalization issues. Experience with other educational administrative systems. Good Excel skills.
