Event Staff & Social Media Creators needed for Pizza Champion Cup – Gothenburg Want to be behind the scenes at one of the Nordic region's largest international pizza championships? Pizza Champion Cup is seeking engaged event staff and Social Media Creators for our international championship in Gothenburg, Sweden, on September 15, 2026 from 08:00–18:00 This assignment is for one day only – September 15, 2026 in Gothenburg from 08:00–18:00. Work Hours Date: September 15, 2026 Work hours: 08:00–18:00 Event hours: 10:00–18:00 Work Responsibilities Work tasks vary depending on your experience and the role you get during the event. You can help with, among other things: Filming and live streaming from the event with a mobile phone. Creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Taking photos and short videos of competitions, participants, and the jury. Assisting our team with live streaming and cameras. Assisting competitors, judges, and event organization. Helping with practical tasks during the event. Contributing to a positive experience for visitors and participants. We're looking for you if you Are positive, social, and service-oriented. Thrive working at a fast pace. Enjoy social media and creating content. Are skilled at filming, photographing, or creating content with your mobile phone. Can work both independently and in a team. Can work between 08:00 and 18:00 on September 15, 2026 in Gothenburg. Merits It's a plus if you: Are active on social media. Have experience with live streaming, photography, filming, or events. Have a mobile phone with a good camera. We'd like it if you live in Gothenburg or the surrounding area, as the work is performed on-site throughout the event day. About Pizza Champion Cup Pizza Champion Cup is an international pizza championship and one of the Nordic region's largest competition platforms within pizza. At our championships, an international jury participates consisting of, among others, two- and three-star Michelin chefs, world champions in pizza, and well-known restaurant owners and decision-makers. The jury includes people who run everything from single restaurants to international restaurant chains with up to approximately 350 restaurants. Pizza Champion Cup collaborates with several of the world's most well-known brands in the restaurant and food industry. During the championship, some of the Nordic region's top pizza bakers compete. As part of our event team, you'll have the opportunity to meet the competitors, follow the competitions up close, and taste some of the Nordic region's best competition pizzas. We Offer A unique opportunity to work behind the scenes at an international championship. Experience in event production, social media, and live streaming. Opportunity to meet world champions, Michelin chefs, and some of the Nordic region's top pizza bakers. A valuable network within the restaurant and event industry. A reference or certificate upon completion of the assignment. Pizza and beverages throughout the day. For the right person, there is the possibility of a small fee by agreement. Future Opportunities For the right people, there is also the opportunity to participate in our upcoming international Pizza Champion Cup events in other countries, including Finland and Norway in 2027.
