JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Our client in Uppvidinge municipality is now seeking a new colleague for their Aluminum department on the evening shift. You will work in a small team in a production environment with a focus on machine operation, quality, and material flows. The job responsibilities consist of: Operating processing machines and cutting machines Troubleshooting at the machine as well as monitoring and quality inspections Measuring, inspecting, and tool changes Packing and packaging We are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and has the ability to quickly learn new work tasks, as well as the desire to learn new things and continuously develop. In this role, you will also be helpful in their material warehouse as needed going forward. PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS You who are applying for this challenge likely have a high school education in industry or another practical field, and at least some years of practical experience within industry. For us, your personality is at least as important as your previous experience. We are looking for someone who is proactive, positive, curious, and engaged. You learn new work tasks easily and enjoy learning new things. You don't need to know everything from the start—the right attitude and the desire to develop is what matters most. We would especially like to see that you are someone who takes initiative, dares to ask questions, and wants to become really good at what you do. A requirement is that you must have a forklift license, preferably B6, and some experience with forklift operation.
