We're now recruiting two ERP Specialists for a project position to help upgrade our business system M3. In this role, you'll combine business development and project work in an operations-focused position with significant responsibility and many stakeholder interactions. We're looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of IT and business operations, is curious about new technology, and is motivated by developing both solutions and ways of working. What you'll be doing As an ERP Specialist, you'll be a key person in our comprehensive M3 upgrade project. The focus of the role lies in business analysis, solution design, and implementation of business processes in Infor M3. You'll work closely with the business, system owners, the project team, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and development of the M3 solution. You'll actively participate in different phases of the project, from requirements gathering and analysis to testing, training, and deployment, with particular focus on processes within Production, Logistics, and Sales. You'll identify business needs, translate business requirements into solution proposals, and help create efficient and future-proof ways of working in the new M3 environment. Together with system owners, key users, and external partners, you'll drive improvement initiatives and ensure that solutions meet business needs. You'll contribute expertise in system management, lifecycle management, and ITIL-based ways of working to support the project's goals and the long-term development of the system. You'll report to the Business Solution Manager and work from our office in Linköping. Travel may occur. This is a project position running through spring 2028. What you need to succeed and thrive We're looking for someone with experience in Infor M3 who ideally has participated in upgrade, implementation, or transformation projects where business processes and system solutions have been central components. You have: Post-secondary education in IT, systems science, technology, or equivalent field. Experience with system or application management, or alternatively business-focused IT work with a focus on user support and continuous improvement. Experience working with business systems, preferably Infor M3, and knowledge of ITIL. Experience from manufacturing industry, preferably in food production (F&B). It's highly advantageous if you have experience from upgrade projects, implementations, or major change projects, as well as experience from logistics and supply chain operations. You are: Curious about new technology and motivated to learn new systems, ways of working, and solutions. Analytical with the ability to understand complex business processes, identify improvement areas, and translate needs into functional solutions. Independent and comfortable driving activities forward while knowing when to involve others to achieve the best results. Collaborative with the ability to build trust and create good partnerships with colleagues, the business, and external partners. Flexible and motivated to work in a changing environment where needs, priorities, and tasks may vary over time.
