We are now recruiting two ERP Specialists for a project position to help upgrade our business system M3. In this role, you will combine business development and project work in a business-focused position with significant responsibility and many stakeholder interactions. We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of IT and business operations, is curious about new technology, and is motivated by developing both solutions and working methods. What you will do As an ERP Specialist, you will be a key person in our comprehensive M3 upgrade project. The focus of the role is on business analysis, solution design, and implementation of business processes in Infor M3. In this role, you will work closely with the business, system owners, project team, and external suppliers to ensure successful implementation and development of the M3 solution. You will actively participate in different phases of the project, from requirements gathering and analysis to testing, training, and rollout, with a special focus on processes within Production, Logistics, and Sales. You will identify business needs, translate business requirements into solution proposals, and contribute to creating efficient and future-proof working methods in the new M3 environment. Together with system owners, key users, and external partners, you will drive improvement initiatives and ensure that solutions meet business needs. You will contribute expertise in system management, lifecycle management, and ITIL-based working methods to support the project's goals and long-term system development. You will report to the Business Solution Manager and will be based at our office in Linköping. Travel may occur. This position is a project employment running through spring 2028. What you need to succeed and thrive We are looking for someone with experience in Infor M3 and ideally has participated in upgrade, implementation, or transformation projects where business processes and system solutions were central components. You have: Post-secondary education in IT, systems science, engineering, or equivalent field. Experience with system or application management, or alternatively business-focused IT work with focus on user support and continuous improvement work. Experience working with business systems, preferably Infor M3, and knowledge of ITIL. Experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably within food production (F&B). It is strongly advantageous if you have experience from upgrade projects, implementations, or larger change projects, as well as experience from logistics and supply chain operations. You are: Curious about new technology and motivated to learn new systems, working methods, and solutions. Analytical with the ability to understand complex business processes, identify improvement areas, and translate needs into functioning solutions. Independent and comfortable driving activities forward while knowing when to involve others to achieve the best results. Collaborative with the ability to build trust and create good partnerships with colleagues, business stakeholders, and external partners. Flexible and motivated to work in a changing environment where needs, priorities, and tasks may vary over time.
