We are now seeking experienced machine operators throughout the country who want to be part of developing our operations and contribute to projects where expertise, safety, and quality are paramount. About the Role As a machine operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You are specialized in operating pile cranes, drilling rigs, or sheet piling machines – or master several of these machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and facility projects. The work involves significant independent responsibility where you plan and execute production together with site management and colleagues at the workplace. You become an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skills, and safety are highly valued. We are looking for someone who Has documented expertise and experience operating drilling rigs, pile cranes, or sheet piling machines. Has a good understanding of foundation and construction work Has experience working in production and on project sites Works safely, carefully, and with a sense of responsibility Enjoys collaborating but also taking independent responsibility Holds a B-class driver's license Has relevant training and certifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
