We are now seeking experienced machine operators throughout the country who want to develop our operations and contribute to projects where expertise, safety, and quality are paramount. About the Role As an operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You specialize in pile crane, drilling rig, or sheet piling machine – or are skilled in multiple machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, harbor, and construction projects. The work involves significant independent responsibility where you plan and execute production together with site management and colleagues on the job site. You become an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skill, and safety are highly valued. We are Looking for You Have documented expertise and experience operating drilling rigs, pile cranes, or sheet piling machines. Have good understanding of foundation and construction work Have experience working in production and on-site projects Work safely, carefully, and responsibly Enjoy collaboration but also take independent responsibility Hold a valid class B driver's license Have relevant training and certifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
