About the Role As a machine operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You specialize in pile cranes, drilling rigs, or sheet pile machines – or master several of these machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and facility projects. The work involves significant personal responsibility where you plan and execute production together with site management and colleagues on the work site. You become an important part of a specialist team where experience, professional skill, and safety are highly valued. We Are Looking for You If You Have documented competence and experience operating drilling rigs, pile cranes, or sheet pile machines. Have a good understanding of foundation and construction work Have experience working in production and on project sites Work safely, carefully, and with responsibility Enjoy collaboration but also taking your own responsibility Have a B-category driver's license Have relevant training and certifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
