Experienced CNC operators in Milling & Turning sought for customer in Sala IndustriQompetens works to provide manufacturing companies in Mälardalen with the best possible conditions to develop through staffing, recruitment, and the right expertise in the right place. We are now looking for experienced CNC operators in both milling and turning for an assignment with one of our customers in Sala. Job Responsibilities Independently set up, rig, and operate CNC-controlled milling and turning machines. Read and interpret drawings and perform measurements and quality controls to ensure that products meet specified requirements. We are Looking for You Have relevant education or documented work experience as a CNC operator in milling or turning. Have good knowledge of blueprint reading and measurement techniques. Have experience setting up and adjusting CNC machines. Are structured, responsible, and quality-conscious. Have good communication skills. Enjoy working both independently and in a team. Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Have good computer skills. It is advantageous if you have experience with CNC programming.
