About the Position We are seeking a TIG welder for an assignment with our client in Västerås, starting after summer. As a TIG welder, you will work with welding components and parts in production. The role demands high standards of precision and quality awareness, as work is performed according to established instructions and quality requirements. You will be an important part of the operation and contribute to ensuring efficient and safe production. Main Responsibilities Manual TIG welding according to drawings and instructions Welding in ongoing production Performing self-inspections and quality checks Reading and interpreting technical drawings Assembly and processing of components Documentation according to applicable procedures and work orders Participation in improvement and development work Work according to 5S, safety, and quality procedures This position is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Adecco and work on assignment for our client. About You To succeed in this role, we see that you are an experienced TIG welder with a strong focus on quality and precision. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and quality-minded. You thrive in a practical role where precision and order are essential to a successful outcome. You work independently while finding it easy to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications Experience with TIG welding in an industrial or workshop environment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good understanding of quality requirements and documentation Experience welding stainless steel is a plus Experience with robotic welding or automated welding processes is a plus Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good English proficiency We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
