Right now, the Information & Design department is looking for a senior technical writer in Gothenburg for exciting consulting assignments with our customers in technology-related industries. Your Key Areas
Here are the areas that define the role and where you will spend most of your time:
Structured Information Production: You create, update, and structure technical information for complex products using modern XML tools, DITA, and CMS.
Technical Analysis: You quickly grasp advanced technology and how products work in practice.
Quality Assurance and Coordination: You actively work to structure and quality-assure content so that information maintains high precision and is fully adapted for the end user.
Collaboration with Experts: You serve as the link between engineers, subject matter experts, and end users, and independently drive information gathering.

Who Are You Today?
For you to thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:
At least 2 years of experience as a technical writer in a technology-related industry (automotive, manufacturing, defense, medtech, or equivalent).
Relevant education from a college/university or vocational university in engineering and/or information technology.
Good technical understanding, for example in areas such as electronics, engineering, batteries, and hydraulics.
Documented experience working structured with DITA, XML tools, and CMS.
Very strong ability to communicate and express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Meritorious: Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, terminology work, S1000D, or maritime industry.
