Role Purpose & Focus As Team Leader at Mackverket, you are responsible for running the restaurant professionally, efficiently, and with high quality every day. You are a key person in the operation who combines leadership with operational presence and actively contributes to developing both the team and the business. You lead a team of approximately 6 people and work 90% operationally in daily operations. Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for daily operations Coach and develop the team in service and work practices Ensure high quality and efficient service Schedule staff Responsible for inventory and purchasing Work with follow-up of results and performance Ensure serving times are maintained Quality monitoring Responsible for food safety Ensure correct alcohol service Participate in recruitment together with the operations manager Leadership & Profile We are looking for a confident, present, and results-driven leader who thrives in an operational role.
