About the Position You will be hired as a consultant with Montico during an initial period of six months and work at Swisslog's facility. For the right person, there are good opportunities for continued employment with the client or a permanent position within Montico. Work hours may be scheduled for morning, daytime, afternoon, or continuous evening shifts. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible regarding work hours. Job Description As a welder, you will have an important role in the manufacturing of advanced constructions and components. You will primarily work with MAG and TIG welding on heavy materials, where precision and quality are essential. Your responsibilities will include: MAG and TIG welding on heavy materials Reading and interpreting technical drawings Performing visual inspection of welds according to ISO 5817 Working independently to high quality standards Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a safe and quality-focused work environment What We're Looking For You are an experienced and self-driven welder who takes pride in your craft. You work carefully and methodically, have an eye for detail, and enjoy delivering high-quality work. We would like to see that you have: Welding certification Valid welding license for MAG 138 Experience with heavy material welding Strong knowledge of blueprint reading – required Knowledge of visual inspection according to ISO 5817 Traveling card Meritorious: Forklifts certification A+B Experience with TIG welding in an industrial environment Here you will have the opportunity to work in a modern industrial operation where advanced technology is combined with quality craftsmanship.
