About the Position We are looking for an experienced and meticulous MIG/MAG welder who also has broad expertise in advanced assembly work. You will work with manufacturing, assembly, and joining of complex structures in a varied and technically challenging environment. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and has an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Welding with MIG/MAG according to applicable standards Advanced assembly of mechanical components and structures Reading and working from technical drawings Measure and ensure quality of your work Contribute to an efficient and structured production flow Qualifications Documented experience with MIG/MAG welding Relevant welding education (e.g., IWS, upper secondary industrial education, or equivalent) Very good knowledge of reading drawings Experience with more advanced assembly is required Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing Forkliftor overhead crane certification is a merit Personal Qualities Meticulous and quality-conscious Solution-oriented and technically interested Takes responsibility and works well both independently and as part of a team Flexible and comfortable with varying work pace About IndustriQompetens We typically start with a temporary employment to give both you and us a chance to get to know each other properly before potentially transitioning to a permanent position at IQ or one of our customer companies. You will receive a fixed monthly salary and other compensation according to the technical agreement, which is the collective agreement we and most of our customers are affiliated with.
