SERVICE TEAM MEMBER WANTED IN KUNGSBACKA – BECOME AN IMPORTANT PART OF HEMFRID'S TEAM Do you enjoy varied work where you can combine service, quality and responsibility? Hemfrid is now recruiting a Service Team Member for Kungsbacka and the surrounding area. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to use your cleaning experience while supporting both customers and colleagues in daily operations. As a Service Team Member, you'll be an important part of our quality team and work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead. You'll enjoy a varied workday where no two days are the same. You'll carry out various types of cleaning assignments while supporting our staff in the field. Your tasks may include: Initial cleanings Deep cleanings Window cleaning Covering shifts Quality inspections Introducing new employees when needed Key management when needed The work is primarily based in Kungsbacka and the surrounding area. When needed, you may also support nearby areas. Who are we looking for? We're seeking someone with home cleaning experience who takes pride in quality work. You're confident in your professional role and can independently plan and execute various types of cleaning assignments. To succeed in this role, we'd like you to: Be thorough and quality-conscious Have experience in home cleaning Enjoy working both independently and with others Be responsible and solution-oriented Have a professional and service-oriented approach Be flexible and able to adapt to different customers and situations Hold a valid B driving license Experience in deep cleaning, move-out cleaning and window cleaning is advantageous.
