Experienced Full-Time Cleaner Needed for Residential Cleaning

Kölnan Städ & Flytt offers professional cleaning and moving services to private individuals and businesses in Skåne. We have been operating for nine years and continue to grow with a focus on quality, safety, and personal service. We are now seeking an experienced residential cleaner who wants to become a long-term part of our team. This is a full-time position, 100 percent, with a start date immediately or by agreement. About the Position Your primary responsibility will be residential cleaning for our private customers. Move-out cleaning and deep cleaning also occur, and other types of cleaning assignments may be included as needed. For us, residential cleaning is about more than just a clean home. You work in customers' private environments and therefore receive considerable trust. This requires you to be respectful, attentive, and thorough, and to take responsibility for both the result and the customer's experience. You need to be able to plan your work, follow the customer's instructions, and pay attention to details without constant supervision. You should be able to see what needs to be done and complete each assignment with a result you are proud of. The work is based in Malmö and is performed at customers' homes in southwestern Skåne. You move between different customers and work locations throughout the workday. We are Looking for Someone with Residential Cleaning Experience To be a candidate for this position, you must have previously worked with professional residential cleaning. You should be experienced in cleaning private homes and understand the requirements for quality, efficiency, confidentiality, and customer service. You need to be able to: Work efficiently without compromising on quality Follow cleaning instructions and adapt your work to different homes Handle customers' homes and belongings with great respect Pay attention to details and notice if something is out of place Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and management We are seeking a person who understands that satisfied customers are created through reliability over time. Job Requirements Previous documented experience with professional residential cleaning Valid driver's license (Category B) Ability to work independently Good physical fitness, as the work is active and mobile Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management Punctuality, sense of responsibility, and professional demeanor An extract from the criminal record will be requested prior to any employment.
