ABOUT THE ROLE
As a sun shade installer at Tibring's, you will install awnings, blinds, and other sun protection solutions on-site at our customers' locations. The position is primarily focused on service and ongoing work for private individuals and businesses. You plan your work independently, and assignments vary.
Our customers are located in multiple areas, which means varying work days and plenty of customer contact. You'll have support from our inside sales department and a good order system directly on your mobile device.
YOUR WORK INCLUDES:
• Install awnings, blinds, and other sun protection solutions
• Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Solve technical and practical problems at customer locations
• Plan and complete your assignments independently
• Meet our customers and be Tibring's face to the outside world
ABOUT YOU
We are primarily looking for someone with experience as an installer in the sun shade industry and experience with installation, service, and problem-solving at customer locations. If you instead have solid installation experience from, for example, fine carpentry, glazing, or construction, and have the right technical skills, your background could also be relevant. You are tool-savvy and experienced in measuring, screwing, and drilling.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
• Experience with sun shade installation
• Good tool skills and technical understanding
• Driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
Good English skills are advantageous.
As a person, you are a self-driven and organized problem solver. You are social and service-oriented with a strong ability to independently plan your work days. The role requires strong customer focus and attentiveness. You are structured, punctual, and thorough with professional pride in what you deliver.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time position with a six-month trial employment period.
Working hours: 07:30–16:30
Base location: Tibring's, Kungsgatan 115 in Uppsala
The work involves travel as our customers and assignments are located in multiple areas.
