About the Assignment As a nurse in the emergency department, you will meet patients with varying and acute care needs. The work takes place in close collaboration with physicians, nursing assistants, and other professionals. Key responsibilities include: Assessment and care of acutely ill patients Prioritization and ongoing assessment of patient care needs Medication management Blood draws and medical examinations Documentation Independent work combined with close teamwork We Are Looking for You If You Are a licensed nurse Have current and relevant emergency department experience Are confident and independent in your professional role Can prioritize and make decisions even when the pace is fast Have strong collaboration skills and professional conduct Speak and write Swedish fluently Previous experience with consulting assignments in emergency care is a plus.
