We are seeking an experienced and engaged Service Center Manager for the service workshop for Volkswagen at Werksta Mölnlycke Gothenburg. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality repair work, and excellent customer experience. You lead the team, coordinate with the general agent, insurance companies, and external partners, and actively work on continuous improvement and staff development. In other words, you have full responsibility for the entire service workshop, including workflows, operational targets, profitability, budget, and personnel. Job Responsibilities As Service Center Manager at Werksta, you will be an important contact point for employees and customers. Your main responsibilities will be: You lead a team of 3-5 people, currently 1 service advisor and 3 mechanics. You work closely together both within your team and with the site manager, damage repair shop, spare parts, and tire workshop. Handle quote requests, warranty and insurance matters, and ensure that our customers receive a safe and professional experience. You actively and enthusiastically work to ensure that our customers are satisfied with how we address their vehicle issues. With a customer focus, offer customers our ancillary services as an important part of your daily work. Drive continuous improvement around processes, tools, and digital systems, and monitor key performance indicators. Handle personnel matters such as recruitment, onboarding, skills development, and follow-ups. Who Are You? You have extensive experience working with VGS brands – This is a requirement. You are familiar with all VW systems such as Elsa, Etka, etc. You are an experienced manager/leader and have held a position as a team leader/workshop manager or similar. Good computer skills, administrative ability, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate easily in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have automotive/mechanical experience/background. B-driver's license (manual transmission). If you have previously worked with systems such as Cabas, Cabplan, Winassist, that is a merit. This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. Important for this position are your drive and motivation for work.
