Experienced Door Automation Service Technician - Skåne

We are experiencing strong demand for our services and are now looking for a confident and independent service technician who can step directly into the role and strengthen our team in Skåne. About the role As an experienced service technician with us, you will have a central and responsible position. You work independently with everything from complex new installations and commissioning to advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. You will work directly from home with your own fully equipped service vehicle. Your work area is primarily Skåne, but since we solve our customers' needs where they are, some travel is required. Your main responsibilities: • Installation, programming, and commissioning of all types of door automation and control systems. • Advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive service. • Functional and safety inspections according to applicable rules and standards (e.g., SS-EN 16005). • Technical consultation and close dialogue with customers, property owners, and contractors on-site. Who are you? We are looking for someone who already has solid practical experience with door automation and knows the industry well. You are accustomed to working independently in the field, take great personal responsibility for your work, and solve problems effectively when they arise. As our representative with customers, you are professional, service-oriented, and have a talent for building trust and good relationships. Requirements for the position: • Several years of documented experience as a service technician in door automation. • Good knowledge of applicable safety standards for automated doors (SS-EN 16005). • Electrical engineering basic training or equivalent good technical competence (electrical, control/regulation, or access/lock systems). • Class B driver's license (required). • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and good knowledge of English. • Residence in Skåne. Merits: • Electrical certification (not required). • Experience with lock, access control, or alarm systems.
