About the Role As a security technician, you will work with installation, service, troubleshooting, and commissioning of security systems at customer sites. Projects vary from larger projects to smaller service assignments, and you will have a broad and varied role where no two days are the same. The role combines practical work at customer sites with technical computer work, where you will work with programming, configuration, and documentation of security systems. You will work closely with customers and become an important part of creating, developing, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will work with, among other things: • Installation and commissioning of lock, alarm, and access control systems • Service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security systems • Customer contact and advice on technical solutions • Programming and configuration of security systems • Documentation and updating of systems • Collaboration with project managers, technicians, and installers About You We are looking for someone who enjoys a social and varied role where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and customer contact.
