Continued Work and Work Shifts After the first week, an overall assessment of each employee's performance is conducted. For individuals who meet the required level, there is an opportunity for continued work with BX Partner. The number of work shifts will be distributed based on performance results, competence, and business needs. Employees who demonstrate high quality, efficiency, work pace, and responsibility may be offered more work shifts.
