About the Role As a pipe network technician, you are responsible for operations, maintenance, and development of the municipality's VA distribution network. You work independently with significant responsibility while being an important part of an engaged team. The role involves both operational work in the field and close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and the municipality's representatives. Your work tasks include, among other things: Operations, supervision, and maintenance of VA distribution networks Troubleshooting and remediation of water leaks, valve work, and other operational disruptions Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance Documentation and follow-up in digital maintenance systems Participation in improvement work and development of work methods Collaboration with contractors and municipal representatives We believe you... ...have worked many years with VA distribution networks and feel confident in your professional role. Perhaps you work today in a municipality or for a contractor. We're looking for someone who: Has several years of experience working with VA distribution networks Is comfortable independently planning and executing operations and maintenance work Has good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach Takes responsibility and takes pride in a well-executed job Enjoys collaboration and sharing your knowledge We would like to see that you have at least 5 years of experience with: Valve work and distribution network maintenance Water leaks and urgent operational assignments Pump stations and other VA facilities Documentation in digital maintenance systems A Class B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, are required.
