About Us Pineskär is a personalized accounting firm with an office in Ed. We help small and medium-sized businesses with everything from ongoing bookkeeping to qualified financial advisory. We are currently a team of five employees who value close collaboration, high quality, and digital working methods where we put the customer at the center. About the Role and Responsibilities As an accounting consultant with us, you have full responsibility for your own clients. You function as the clients' external finance department and their closest advisor on financial matters. Your main responsibilities include: Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and VAT reporting. Independent year-end work (monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements) for your clients. Preparing annual reports Preparing income tax returns Payroll administration for some of our clients Financial advisory. Digitalization of clients' workflows (e.g., setting up integrations and digital receipt management). Your Profile We're looking for someone who loves the combination of numbers and people. Since you'll handle multiple clients simultaneously, you need to be highly organized, flexible, and comfortable driving your own work forward together with all of us. Requirements for the Position Adequate education. At least 2–3 years of experience working at an accounting firm. Experience with the complete workflow – from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements and tax returns. Good experience with cloud-based accounting systems (e.g., Fortnox, Visma, Hogia) Fluent Swedish, spoken and written (as you'll have daily client contact). Meritorious: Experience with advisory on tax optimization and corporate matters. We particularly value if you have knowledge in preparing income tax returns. Application Scope: Full-time.
