This includes pipe construction, strength calculations, site visits, surveying, participation in utility coordination meetings, permit management and preparation of technical descriptions and material lists. It means varied days with both office work, some fieldwork and meetings with clients and contractors. In your work, you will lead yourself and others in a project management role in projects of varying complexity, depending on your previous experience. You will participate in the development of the team and we value collaboration and commitment highly. In many of our larger projects, we help each other and collaboration with colleagues at other offices is common. The work is characterized by great freedom with responsibility toward both colleagues and customers. At our Stockholm office, approximately 25 people work in various parts of the energy sector. In addition to the distribution department, we also have energy consultants in production and real estate. Your profile We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in a developing role where technology, social benefit and collaboration are at the center. You are an experienced design engineer or constructor with several years of experience in district heating, water/sewage or other infrastructure and thrive in a role where you can combine independent responsibility with close collaboration in project teams. With us, you have the opportunity to work closely with clients and other stakeholders, contribute your technical expertise and help create sustainable solutions for future energy infrastructure. You have relevant engineering education, for example in construction, mechanical or energy engineering, or alternatively equivalent experience from working life. The most important thing is that you have strong technical understanding, a practical approach and a genuine interest in developing together with colleagues and customers. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented and responsible. You find collaboration easy, enjoy contributing to a good overall result and have the ability to drive several projects forward simultaneously. You have excellent command of Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English. A category B driving license is required because work-related travel occurs. Employment form and recruitment process The position is a permanent full-time employment. The aim is to fill the position in autumn 2026. The workplace is Stockholm (Kista).
