Project Manager at Gusten Persson Måleri
At Gusten Persson Måleri, we are seeking an experienced project manager who wants to drive our projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is organized, business-minded, and comfortable taking responsibility. You have several years of experience in project management within painting, construction, or contracting, and have a good understanding of both economics, planning, and customer relations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU
Have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager, foreman, or similar role within the painting or construction industry.
Have good knowledge of contractor law and are experienced working with AB 04 and ABT 06.
Are experienced in planning, leading, and following up on projects with focus on quality, economics, and timeline.
Are confident in customer interactions and have a natural ability to build long-term relationships.
Are a natural leader who motivates and supports employees.
Work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take own initiative.
Have good computer skills and experience with digital project management tools.
Have a B-class driver's license.
Speak and write Swedish fluently.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As project manager, you are responsible for the entire project process – from quotation and planning to execution and completion. You will, among other things:
Lead and plan our contracts and service projects.
Have personnel responsibility for painters and work crews in your projects.
Be responsible for project economics, budgets, and follow-up.
Maintain ongoing contact with clients, property owners, and partners.
Participate in construction meetings and ensure that projects maintain high quality, correct timeline, and budget.
Work with purchasing, resource planning, and production management.
Contribute to developing the company's methods and creating long-term customer relationships.
