The Person We're Looking For – Is It You? We are looking for you with good experience working as a process engineer in the process industry & with a desire to continue developing further within this field. You thrive in a role where you get a lot of customer contact and you enjoy leading and coaching your colleagues to achieve even better results. That projects are delivered on time and within budget is important to you and you feel great commitment to developing the work. You have relevant education from a college or university or alternatively equivalent experience gained from working life. We want you to have previous work experience from chemistry or energy and many years of experience from the industry. It is a merit if you have experience in process and facility design as well as experience in conducting business and leading projects. If you have previous experience from the consulting role, we see that as very positive. For you to thrive as a consultant with us, we believe you are a person who enjoys working together with others. You are driven and committed with a great deal of curiosity. Working methodically and structured is important to you and you share our enthusiasm for developing both our own and our clients' operations.
