Malmö Mark och Miljö AB is seeking an experienced and dedicated paving specialist/site specialist to join our team in Malmö. We are looking for someone with experience in paving, stone laying, and earthwork who enjoys practical, physical outdoor work. With us, you will work on varied ground and construction projects ranging from site preparation to finished outdoor environments for private individuals, housing cooperatives, and businesses. You will be part of a small team where we value quality, accuracy, responsibility, and excellent collaboration. Your tasks may include: Paving and stone laying Edge stone installation Excavation and site preparation Grade setting and work with laser levels Shovel work and manual earthwork Fine grading Lawn and planting area installation Use of vibratory plates and other ground machinery Operation of small excavators and wheel loaders when experienced and qualified Above all, we are looking for a person with practical experience who can take responsibility for their work from start to completion. Qualifications Requirements: Documented or equivalent practical experience in paving, stone laying, and earthwork Good Swedish language skills Manual Category B driver's license Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality Self-driven and able to plan and execute work tasks independently Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors Strong collaboration skills It is advantageous if you have: Category BE driver's license Road work experience Hot Work certification Excavator operator certification Machinery operation experience We Offer Full-time employment Varied projects Work in a committed and cohesive team Opportunity to develop within ground and construction work Autonomy and responsibility Short decision-making processes and opportunity to influence daily work We are based in Malmö but work throughout the Malmö region and surrounding areas.
