You follow the customer and vehicle from start to finish through the entire service process, including customer meeting, booking, work orders, ordering spare parts, repairs, final invoicing, follow-up, etc. You are responsible, proactive and thorough, with the ability to plan your own workday based on customer bookings. You work closely with both your team and your team leader to create a first-class customer experience together. We hope you have: Strong interest and experience with vehicles and technology Genuine commitment to customer service Manual B driver's license Professional and friendly demeanor toward both customers and colleagues Previous experience as a Personal Service Technician Volvo and if you have worked with Volvo's VPS work it is highly valuable, and if you have experience with Tacdis and Organizer it is a plus.
