You follow the customer and vehicle from start to finish through the entire service process, including customer meetings, bookings, work orders, ordering spare parts, repairs, final invoicing, follow-up, and more. You are responsible, proactive, and thorough, with the ability to plan your own workday based on customer bookings. Your goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and you enjoy meeting people, providing service, and getting things done. You work closely with both your team and your team leader to create a first-class customer experience together. We hope you have: Strong interest and experience with vehicles and technology Genuine commitment to customer service Manual B driving license Professional and friendly approach to both customers and colleagues Previous experience as a Personal Service Technician Volvo is advantageous, and if you have worked with Volvo's VPS processes, that is highly valued. Experience with Tacdis and Organizer is a plus.
