To ensure increased competitiveness and efficiency, we are now recruiting a Senior Production Technician focused on leading and implementing continuous improvements throughout the entire value stream related to industrialization, product introduction, and changes in the manufacturing process.
Your main areas of responsibility
Responsible for the factory's part in planning/coordinating/leading acceptance testing in production for product-related projects.
Responsible for the factory's part in product-related projects and participate in product development projects to determine and ensure preparation for in-house manufactured materials.
Responsible for the factory's part in test runs/testing in product-related projects.
When needed, conduct process and method development in connection with product-related projects.
Initiate and establish PFMEA and control plans as needed, for example when implementing new processes.
Establish, maintain, and improve procedures, processes, and instructions related to product-related activities.
Project lead assigned project initiatives within the department's area of responsibility.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in production technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent. You have subsequently gained work experience from manufacturing processes and industrialization in a production environment, preferably from assembly, high degree of automation, and large series. We believe you are a natural leader who has experience leading and driving projects in a pedagogical and trustworthy manner. You have experience in process development, production planning, and competence in production-related concepts such as PFMEA, LEAN/SIX SIGMA. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and goal-oriented. You have strong self-drive and the ability to collaborate with and motivate others. You have good computer skills in both Office applications and a larger ERP system. Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
It is meritorious if you have experience with CAPEX, machine investments, PLC, vision systems, and CAD.
