We are now seeking an industrial worker for an assignment in Norrköping. Here you will have an important role in production, where you will work together with the team to contribute to efficient workflows and high delivery precision. The work is organized in 2-shift operations, so you should have no problem working according to this schedule. The assignment is planned to continue until further notice, with the possibility of being offered employment with the client company. Job Description In this role, you work in daily production with responsibility for contributing to a stable and efficient workflow. You are an important part of the operation and work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on quality, safety, and delivery. The work is operational and involves handling both machines and materials, while also contributing to maintaining good structure and order in production. It is meritorious if you have experience with machine operator work or have previously held a role with expanded responsibility in production. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and have a professional approach to your work. You have the ability to work both independently and together with others, and contribute to a stable and positive work climate. We are Looking For You If You Have - Practical experience with forklift operation and a valid forklift license - Previous experience as a machine operator - Experience from industrial, production, or warehouse operations - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written - Basic computer skills - Driver's license category B
