About the Role As a payroll consultant at Bissacc, you'll have an independent and varied role with significant trust placed in you. You'll work with payroll management for several different clients and become an important contact person on matters related to compensation, agreements, reporting, systems, and HR-related procedures. Key Responsibilities As a payroll consultant at Bissacc, you'll work with: Managing the entire payroll process for a number of clients. Handling payroll runs, reconciliations, quality assurance, and collection and review of payroll documentation. Ensuring accurate reporting to authorities and external parties. Interpreting and applying collective agreements, laws, and regulations, and providing advice on payroll and HR-related matters. Being a natural contact person for clients, managers, and partners. Contributing to the development of procedures, system support, and working methods for both clients and Bissacc. Depending on your experience and interests, the role can also develop toward more specialized consulting within HR, labor law, process development, or other related areas. Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with several years of experience in specialized payroll work who feels confident in the entire payroll process. You've likely worked in a role with independent responsibility for clients, operations, or companies and are accustomed to independently driving work forward. You have solid knowledge in areas such as collective agreements, labor law, pensions, vacation and absence management, and reporting to authorities and other external parties. You may currently work at a consulting firm, in an internal payroll function, or in a more advisory role within payroll and HR. But what will be most important to us is how you work with others.
