The Industrial section in Kiruna works with design, construction, and project management in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Mechanical, Piping, HVAC, and Maintenance on both small and large industrial projects. Customers are primarily in the Mining & Steel sector. You will become part of the Kiruna office with approximately 30 competent colleagues and will also be part of the management group for the Industrial Region North – from Hudiksvall to Kiruna. Your task is to build a long-term sustainable operation with high expertise and delivery capacity. You will lead with a coaching approach and create a work environment where employees thrive and develop. You will lead a senior team of 10 people, all of whom look forward to having you on board. You are business-driven, communicative, and coaching in your leadership style – with the ability to create opportunities and see change as something positive. We are looking for someone who: · Has a technical university degree and work experience from industry. · Has experience in leadership and personnel responsibility. · Is experienced in sales and customer relations. · Has had budget and profit responsibility. · Has a strong network in the region and sees collaboration as the key to success.
